Dr. Fernicola is the Director of Non-Invasive Vascular Testing for Cardiovascular Consultants, P.A. He received his medical degree from Georgetown University School of Medicine and completed his Internal Medicine residency at Thomas Jefferson University Hospital in Philadelphia. Dr. Fernicola completed fellowships at the National Heart, Lung and Blood Institute at NIH, 1991 – 1993, and Georgetown University Medical Center, 1993 – 1996, in Cardiology. He is an Assistant Professor of Medicine at Georgetown University. Dr. Fernicola is Board certified in Cardiovascular Disease.

Dr. Fernicola has privileges at Washington Adventist Hospital, Shady Grove Adventist Hospital, and Suburban Hospital.
